ok, now im really really confused. her spots that were appearing on her body have vanished and i definatly dont think she has chickenpox. her face is still spotty but not like other pictures of pox after some BIG looking on the net last night. i think a call to the doc is in order. WEIRD.

i think so. it may have been a "viral" rash, lolol, in other words, i have no idea. te he he.

Ayja spent the night screaming and yelling and rolling around saying "no, no, no, no, " nothing would calm her down, we put her in our bed cos she kept smacking her head on her cot.. I didn't get much sleep cos every time she turned or one of us moved she'd wake and start the inconsolable screaming again. argh. thankfully once mike went to work she slept a bit - i left her till 10am cos there was no damn way i was waking her.

She is currently sitting in the lounge on the two old cot matresses, with pillows etc, watching elmo in grouchland.

Oh I feel sorry for Ayja, that's an awful amount of spots - so good that you guys got your photos done before all this started.

My understanding is that little babies (under 6mos) usually don't get pox because they still have mum's immunity during that time? And when I checked out the mum-being-a-carrier theory with my Doctor's office, I was told that the only way seemed to be if they had touched a spot and not washed properly after. So I would say Janine's work will not be a prob at all.
