I think presents are silly... easter eggs.... kinda understandable... but presents?!?
We just brought a box of 15 eggs to hid around the house tomorrow, and then I got the girls a wee bunny each. My mum got us a few too (although do the girls really need to know about them...?? ) The eggs she got for the girls came with a soft toy although now I am wondering what on earth to do with them... they have far far to many soft toys that just end up sitting in the bottom of their toy box.
we would sometimes get an egg in a mug or a little toy but it would always come with the egg. we had a freind that would get a book (in an easter basket) but only because her parents didnt like her having chocolate
Kids are going to grow up thinking that they get presents for everything! when we were kids (and im not that old!) we only got presents at birthdays and xmas
as kids we got presents... usually something to keep us entertained over the holidays and an egg of some kind... I got my daughter PJs, book and a few eggs and my youngest a stuffed bunny and few small eggs... maybe I was spoilt and maybe I spoil my girls... oh well
