I just have to share this as its making me feel sad - pathetic i know lol. Me and the boys went up town on tuesday after playgroup (had a great time with Santa and a ride on the old fire engine) and i realised when we got to the supermarket ( a matter of 5mins) that Jaidyn had thrown out Patrick dog so i backtracked and checked in every shop we passed, rang the police to see if handed in, put an add on the radio but nothing. Someone has picked him up and seems to me like they have decided to give him a new home. It breaks my heart as he is beloved companion (sp?) to Jaidyn and has just learnt to say patrick and it seems odd not to see him carting him around. I will try and track down a new one. Have attached a pic of Jaidyn taking his mate Patrick for a walk in honor of him

I understand!
When Kiya was 9 months old, we went for a walk through the Karangahake Tunnel, and Kiya (in her pushchair) threw her teddy overboard at some stage... she'd just learnt that when I said "mayberry" I was talking about that particular toy!
Farewell Patrick, may your new home be as good to you as your last. AND may your replacement be just as loved!

Ooh Marlene my heart is breaking for him! I don't know what we would do if we ever lost "Fuzzy Bubba". I think Maya would be scarred for life!

thats neat! When i was little I had this mangy rabbit thing. Anyway, when the car went to the garage it came back minus my rabbit. So very very sad.

yeah it is - i think im the one that was more upset lol. glad it wasnt keegs ugly bunny cos that would have been the end of the world as we know. so anyway patrick is all tucked up in bed with jaidyn now and he hasnt let him go since we got him back.

Yay! It's so nice when people are considerate - I mean it probably doesn't look like much, but to a kid it;s their whole world.

Isn't it funny what kids love. I think we had another post about what our kids cart around. jake loved the plunger, but now he has this horn thing from his peddle car. But we never get the whole tune - what I like to call "the Jake re-mix version"

Arna has a thing about dragging round her sheepskin (the baby ones - but are HUGE) tried to replace it with a sqaure patch for in the car / town etc but noooooo didn't happen!!

We bought 2 Fuzzy Bubba's, but she wasn't having it - one is called Fuzzy and one is called Fake LMAO!
And Fuzzy is quite scary!

heres ugly bunny - have put a pic up b4 but heres another just to remind you of his uniqueness(sp?) lol. if he ever gets lost i dont know what we will do as i really doubt they make these anymore!!! hes 12 years old and keegs is the 3rd owner. my friend passed on heaps of her kids stuff and in there was ugly bunny - which by the way they called him that too. funny that aye the boys have cool NEW soft toys and they pick the old ones (patrick was with me for about 3-4year b4 I had the boys)

oh yeah excuse keegs shoes - he has a fasination with them and will wear everybodies lol . here he got my giant ones on oh and thanks every1 for the kind words hehe. we are all happy now was gona post a pic of Patrick and Jaidyn reunited but j not wanting a pic taken at the mo little monkey
