FM I've been following your blog and yours too LF and I think you guys are fab for what you're doing. I wish I had your motivation! I don't need to loose weight, but I definitely need to get fit and healthy.

PMSL I love your blog - I was LMAO throughout the whole thing - you write really really well!
I am also on the weight-loss train, I have lost 4kgs in 3.5 weeks and all I have done is eliminate GLUTEN. I feel absolutely fantabulous, energetic, my skin is so clear, my bloating is going (I have been told I look like I have lost waaaaay more than 4kgs already!), my libido is back.... , and I have absolutely NO desire to break the way I am now eating! Oh, I have to admit I have still eaten chocolate, ice cream, and cheese (probably much more so than usual admittedly), but now I am cutting those out as well - one day at a time aye girls?

But even recent photos I didnt see a Fat Mum thats what confused the heck out of me
