By the time bubs is bouncing out of the cot, it's time for a bed.

(Sorry - just a little anti everything being forbidden tonight. Just like everything causing cancer. Arghhh.)

Hehehehe - half the time with all the "expert" advise you do have to wonder if it's possible to get anything right!

I agree with Nikki, if your child is jumping around and falling out of a cot its time for a bed. Plus if you had the cot on the lowest level it would have to be a pretty impresive jump to get over the top, I would be more worried about them climbing out which chances are is going to happen.

That's what I was thinking as well.

I think we'll go for something like the orthepeiditc mattress we saw besides then it will last longer as we're getting a cot/bed more than likely.

Yay another person who is choosing the orthopaedic mattress hehehe!
I honestly have no idea if it really is a "better" mattress but I like to think it is after the price of it!!
Oh & those Dr Sprott cover things? I dunno if it ever helped protect against SIDS but it did a very good job of keeping the mattress clean from "accidents" with Alex. Still looks brand spanking new anyway
