Do you have a 14 day Luteal Phase and are you temping or using OPK's??
If your Luteal Phase is 14 days then I'd BD between CD 7 - 14 to cover your Basis?

Luteal phase is the time after you ovulate to your next AF. Most woman have a 12 - 14 day luteal phase before their next AF.

Oh good thread as i am trying to figure this out too.
My cyle is so much better now after having Luke it's 27 - 31 days. Used to be 25 - 75 days!!! if thats even a cycle.
So now that it's regular would ovulation be between 7 - 15 days???

It's really tricky cause even with a regular cycle Ov can happen on different days..i was really not for OPK's but I used them and found I ov on day 20 ...we would never have caught the egg otherwise.. it's annoying that LP is normally 13-14 days so you can work out ov but only by going backwards really...(if you don't temp and chart and stuff) alternately BD every second day all month:)

I agree with Foxxy_one about even reg cycles ov'ing on diff days, I had a regular 23-24 day cycle and assumed I was oving on CD9-10 (using the count back 14 days from af method), but after a few months of charting and using OV tests, I discovered that most months I was ov'ing on CD12, with a 11-12 day Luteal Phase

To work out your luteal phase (LP) you really need to know when you ovulate.

Hi, I found temping a great method to know for sure - as it tells you exactly when you've ovulated based on your waking temperature. To find out more, check out fertilityfriend.com.
Good luck
