Now that I FINALLY got the scanner software loaded (it only took 3 days and about 6 attempts  ).
Anyways...
Mercedes chewing her fingers....
Mercedes again...
And Sienna (who is still underneath her big bully sister)...
And Sienna again...
Willie thinks they have his nose - hopefully it's just squishy coz it's squishy in there lol. But they do look a bit like Maya I think...

Damnit. Wrote a post and got told I was a spammer.
What I was trying to say is that they look heaps like the newborn photo of Maya you posted a while back.
And they are very lucky if they look anythign like their beautiful older sister!!

I think so Nikki - I didn't really notice the similarities until I went to check on Maya last night and she was asleep with the pillow squicshed up by her face, then I suddenly had a flashback to the babies lol.

Awesome pics Emma...
Our 4D scan was so unclear you couldnt see anything so they didnt charge us for the 4D part of it but I wish we had been able to get lovely pics like that! Amzing technology isnt it!!!

Hehe Frantic - last weeks one was like that, so I complained and got it redone for free 
Just emailed the pics to my Mum and she thinks they are going to be real little Maori babies like their daddy...

Amazing pics Emma...so tell me how would you know (when they come out)which one is Mercedes and which one is Sienna? Did you know to name them like that or did you go ok...first one Mercedes and then the next one Sienna...if you had another scan would you know which one is which?.....sorry but twins are so cool and confusing!!!

LOL Roksana - they confuse me too! When they were smaller they jumped around all over the place so we named them according to size - Mercedes is the bigger of the two. Now that they have run out of room to change sides we know that Mercedes (the bigger one) is on my right. They can tell from u/s which baby is leading (head coming out first) so if I deliver naturally we will know by u/s which one came first, if I have a c-sect they will know what side baby they pulled out first.

they are gorgeous emma. i love the detail on those scans, you will have to take some pics when they are out that are similar to the scans so we can compare :)

Wow...you might have to get them name tags after they come out...to tell them apart (if they are identical...are they???)....or does a mum know which one is which?

Mum and Dad are buying them bracelets (they bought one for Maya when she was born too) with their names engraved on them so we can label them!

Well, I'd go with name tags... I was worried about not being able to tell Hannah from babies that weren't even remotely related to her... so two from the same womb... there's no way I'd know!
Altho maybe Emma is a bit more maternal than I am

or you could paint their fingernails! pick a colour for each girl and then you will know, mercedes is purple and sienna is pink! tee hee *imagining teeny tiny twin fingernails, and trying to paint them - may as well dip the fingers in nail polish*

He he Lyla....your funny. I think name tag is a good idea.....but I think so far all mum's with the same sex twins I have heard about knew at all times which is which. But I think dressing then in same cloths but different colours is a good idea too...untill they grow up and become a teenager...then you are in trouble!!
