Absolutely nothing! lol

We never do a thing for Valentines Day - it's one of those holidays that we find too commercialised. We would rather make a bigger deal out of our birthdays.

DH is making me breakfast in bed, and I'm making his favourite dinner!

I always tell him not to buy flowers, as they are so expensive on Valentines day, but he always does. Hopefully this year he'll realise how expensive they are on one wage!

We will be doing the same as kebakat. We never buy on valentines days, I would prefer hubby got me something because he wants to not because some day tell him he has to.

Well this year I am planning Valentines day and he is doing our wedding anniversary and next year we swop.

I am planning a nice cooked meal for when he comes home. Then a little spice book. It is a calander with some tokens. He can place the tokens on which ever day he wants.   Is stuff like preparing his favourite meal. Or some more ooh la la stuff.

Doesnt cost anything plus it comes from my heart so not commercial at all but have all the meaning.

We're not really buying each other anything, however, we are going out for dinner at a nice local Indian restaurant since it is also our first wedding anniversary (and have arranged for someone to babysit).

We're doing nothing either. A couple of years back we spent the night at the Duxton in a suite with a spa etc. and did the whole romantic dinner thing which was nice but neither of us are really all the fussed on that kind of stuff.

We have never really got presents, usually we have dinner or something like that. But this year we will go for dinner on the Friday night - that way I won't be yawning over my food, and we can use our entertainment card! (Becasue you can't use it on Valentines day).

We are going to have a picnic in the park and then we are going to the Stardome to look at the stars. He doesnt know what he are doing - it was my turn to organise something this year.
We dont really buy into the whole commercial thing - but use it as an excuse to do something nice together. He is very good at organising suprises for me, so hopefully he will enjoy this one. I am a bit worried about what picnic food to take (am a bit paranoid about what I can and cant eat at the moment!)...but am sure will figure it out!

We do cards - but not normally presents.

We don't do Valentines' Day as our 4th anniversary is on the 22nd... seems to be a common theme lol

But we're having a nice, low-key anniversary night together this year. Wine, chocs, cheeseboard and probably a rented movie. Mostly inspired by having a new baby in the house

Normally we do nothing as it seems to be something for the new relationships. This year though we got a free dinner for 2 at the place where we got married so I told Hubby "We should use these for Valentine's Day" he was agreeable to that suggestion. I was feeling awfully like not cooking the other night so I said "Let's use these babies tonight!" and he was like "No, they are for Valenine's Day". Aww my hubby is my Valentine!
