Oooh yay our own thread!
I am due March 3rd with our first baby.
So far have been hit with EXTREME tiredness and constant nausea but no actual vomiting... lucky I hear it's all worth it in the end

Not excessively tired here, but have insanely sore boobs!! Only get the occasional wave of mild nausea to remind me i havent eaten yet, but otherwise feeling great... I know that remark is going to swing round and bite me on my backside soon enough, but I'll enjoy the 'easy' part while i can!
MrsFord, are you going to find out what bubs is, or have you not decided yet?

Oh yes insanely sore boobs too, how could I forget? I have to remind DH to be gentle when he hugs me.
I want to find out but DH really doesn't so not sure how to get around that one... he says it's fine for me to find out as long as I don't tell him but I don't see how that will work when he wants to see what things I have purchased and they happen to be either pink or blue.
I suck at keeping secrets, I can't even hide what I have gotten him for his birthday or Christmas, I always spoil it! Also baby showers are much easier if your friends know what you are having! I just don't understand not wanting to know, it's a surprise at 20 weeks as much as at 40 weeks only you don't have to wait as long haha

It gives you something to look forward to and breaks the big wait for baby into less of a wait... and you can think of baby by name rather than 'it' all the time too
We found out with both my 2 so far, and will for this one too, means I can either get clothes, or 'borrow' from the right people in bits and pieces lol!

Babykatnz I totally agree, hopefully he will change his mind when we go in for that scan. I am finding out anyway and I will just have to deal with the consequences when I accidentally let it slip to DH. We both think baby will be a girl though.
MW sent the forms for a blood test and dating scan last week so I will brave the blood test tomorrow and book in for a scan.
I didn't think we would have to get a dating scan given that I know exactly when my last period started but she said it was best to check it so we know for sure and I am happy to have it confirmed to me because even though I am suffering symptoms it still feels very surreal!

I have been incredibly hungry, and quite a bit of nausea. Just enough to make me feel blah. Find out my dates tomorrow, so something to look forward to.
