Hi ladies and happy new year :)
After the interesting threads over the past couple of days, I've watched you all rally together support each other and show the real spirit of friendship and community you have created :)
As Miranda's mother would say, 'such fun!' ( now hoping you know what I'm talking about :)). You are all awesome :) thank you!

Some bizarre tv show that was on last night that I watched because o had nothing better to do on nye...called Miranda. I think its a catch phrase. Hopes - you are the mean one! Congratulating someone like that. That was all odd and entertaining and while I have been lurking since ob on a phone is Jo fun perhaps I should start posting again. With less smuggling accusations...

This probably isn't going to sound as funny as is was but...
Basically on the show Miranda has a posh mum who just repeats "such fun" over top of her daughter talking when she doesn't want to listen to her.
Just like we all ignore mindi and her negativity but saying such fun and getting on our merry way!

As a lawyer I thought it was interesting that there was a threat of Oh Baby's lawyer's when (a) if there was any defamation only the person who was defamed would have standing in court to take an action and (b) why would Oh Baby's lawyer's care when free speech is allowed for?

Didn't you catch the end of the thread? It would have entertained you (Bowie had an idea about potential ulteriour motives of the random poster and was threatened with legal action and everything (at least, I think that's what she meant, twas hard to tell sometimes).
