I am sure a few of you will disagree with me - but whats with the scan of the blob pic in baby of the week? Not what i would call a baby pic!

I totally agree. Surely there should be a rule that the baby is actually born before you enter it. I would like to see it wear the t-shirt

I think its sweet. Who's to say that pic isn't of a much long awaited child whos parents are just so proud and thankful to be blessed with an amazing gift.
I know that when I was pregnant, I took great pride in my scan pics. Just because the baby wasn't born at the time (though I'm guessing bub is probably out now) doesn't mean to say we should treat her/him any different.
IMO some of these comments are uncalled for and I hope the parents don't get offended, because they have as much right as anyone else to submit their baby

wow i'm really sentimental when it comes to scan pics too ..but to expect someone else to think my boy (still baking ) is cute? I think it's weird too:( but i guess each to their own..if the people who run it thought it wasn't ok they wouldn't have let it in i guess!

I personally find all scan pics the same but still pretend to care when people show me theres. Obviously they parents are very excited as I also was when preg for the first time. I don't have a problem with it, if you don't think its cute then don't vote for it.
