They sent me some seconds to make up for my faulty ones - the only second thing about them was the liner was stitched in inside out. Still not convinced about the strength of their snaps but I'll wait until the proper ones come through.

That was good of them! I have no probs with their customer service. They are nice to deal with. But I don't trust the snaps either.. I think they have the pressure still set wrong on their automated snap press.

I bought 12 HC a month ago... they sent the order in 2 halves, due to some colours being on back order. The first 5 (which I received 2 days after placing the order!) were fine but the second 7 (the back-ordered ones, which arrived about 2 weeks later) have dodgy snaps... maybe its something they've mucked up recently?

It's a shame that they are getting it wrong with the product. We're trying to do our bit and support NZ products but we are paying a premium for doing that and getting sub standard products.
They are good at swapping things out but their quality control should not let this standard be accepted as saleable goods.
I got replacements for the faulty snaps nappies and the replacements were just as bad. They were tested before being sent out and were supposed to be the best of the bunch. But not good enough in my opinion.
The reps are very helpful but I think they have a way to go to get the brand name accepted as a quality product.

I played with some new HC nappies yesterday and they had snaps the worked, but didn't make that loud snapping sound. They looked like they'd come apart VEEEERY easily too - is this the same thing you guys have had?

yep, thats what I sent mine back for. The snaps worked but only just, a bit of movement and they would just pop open...nothing like the snaps on my first HC nap

i am annoyed that i payed so much for the nappies and they had faults with them BUT after reading around im thinking now that this is just teething problems of a new bussiness and will stick with my honeychilds as long as the standard picks up and also im not complaining about them getting it wrong NOW because i get 3 (thought it was 4 but one nappy was fixable) free nappies out of the blunder
