do i ring the midwife if....
i was out today with rach and marissa...and then went to the mall..felt dizzy so came home..stated having pains across the top of my bump..enough to make me feel sick and hurt..they last for about 30 mins..then went away but then (sorry TMI) i had diarreoa(sp) ..
now bump is tight and a little sore and sore in my back..bu not painful... so do i just chillout and take note or do i ring her?
I ate two cream eggs right before but I'm pretty sure thats not what made me feel sick.. ugggh i feel like i want to throw up:(

i rang and she said ' they are all signs of labour..often happening 2-3 days before you go into labour...when you go into hospital tomorrow tell them as well and i will see you in the afternoon' so could be all on:) maybe?

I had back pain for 2 days before I went into labour, so hopefully this is what's happening for you! Yay, how exciting!!!!

You are probably gearing up for labour Kawww, I wouldnt worry about anything like that so close to your due date as it is most likly baby coming  I would just keep an eye on it, and start timing the pains.
My mum and a lot of women had diarohea before labour.

I was constantly going to the loo for a couple of days before going into labour - what fun! lol

thankyou:) just more uncomfortable than in pain today but maybe it will progress:) toileting issues still going on..which will be fun if i get stuck at the hospital..and seriously thirsty which is annoying at 11,12,2 and 4 am:)!!!!

Yay things are sounding good for you, the toileting *thing* is great as we *empty* before labour so there is not so much chance of an accident as the pushing baby out and pushing poo out is meant to be very much the same kinda feeling. As for being thirsty all the time have a bottle or cup with you and have little often, similar to food as you prob wont feel much like eating a huge amount at a time.
Good luck for the coming few days and look forward to hearing about your wee mans arrival

update is (real quick as I'm running around getting ready)....doc wants to monitor me for 24 hours for toxemia..if all good I'm back home..if not baby will be here in next few days ...he is and i quote' a fairly reasonable size and about 41cm or so' not sure if that's good but doc seemed happy..so will either be back in 24 hours or a few days!
