I was really dizzy this morning and it is only getting slowly better. It felt like I had been spinning around and then had stopped, only all I did was get in the shower! Shoudl I be worried or is this normal? Should I call my midwife? I have never been dizzy before, not even when I wasnt pregnant...?

I've had lots of dizzy and fainting spells during pregnancy. It's not 'normal' per se - but it is common. Just try and rest up - lying on your left side helps blood flow resume to normal. Also, have some OJ or some other sweet juice.

it could be your blood pressure mrs frantic. mine has been consistantly low throughout my pregnancy and i often have quite sickening dizzy spells in the mornings. also make sure you are getting enough to drink. its surprising how much extra we need when we're growing a baby! i fainted a couple of times in my last pregnancy from dehydration even though i carried a water bottle everywhere.
check with your midwife though, they do like to keep an eye on your bp.
