Pilates!
I find it really relaxing to do (and hilarious when Ella decide to do it along with me!) and I started seeing the results pretty quickly afterwards. Although, you do need to keep it up to keep the results, they can disappear as fast as the arrived!

There's a lady called Denise Austin. She does a whole range from aerobics to yoga to weight lifting to pilates. She even does a pregnancy range. She's fantastic!
My favourite is Denise Austins Burn your female fat zones.
You could go to your local library and rent a few exercise DVDs to decide which you prefer before you commit to buying any.

Sadly my absolute favourite is Richard Simmons (yes you did read that correctly). He is really funny and the music is quite funky. Plus the people on there doing it with him are pretty big which makes you feel ashamed for huffing and puffing through it

My favourite is the Biggest Loser...has a 6 week workout programme combining weights and cardio and is the only one I have ever used consitantly.
Plus it doesn't hurt having Bob to look at...

Oh, I just remembered the other DVD I use for exercise..... don't laugh at me...... ok, you can laugh - I would....... Wiggle Time!
Seriously, I'm not kidding, put on a wiggles dvd and do all the actions to all the dances and see if you're not completely stuffed afterwards with aching muscles the next day. During the lame non-action songs Michaela and I just run around the lounge.

I've got Denise Austins "shrink your female fat zones" too, she's a bit cheesy but it is actually a good workout. You need some weights and a swiss ball. I like it cos there's two 20min workouts, so if you're pushed for time you can just do one, or if bub is having a long sleep you can do both of them.
I also got an 'Aussie fit' dvd out from the library but didn't like it as much. (I'm too unco to do all the moves!)

hehe, was just going to mention Carmen Electra. It's pretty cool. Only thing is I wanted to get straight to the raunchy moves and didn't do the stretches (which she says you have to do first!). So ended up pulling something!!! You can rent it from Blockbuster. Definitely makes you feel sexy.
I have Windsor Pilates and I just do the 20 min workout (well, not at the moment). I think its great

Pole dancing! A friend of mine did this last year and loved it!
The guy instructor though was wearing these really really really tight, short shorts and she described some of the moves he showed them and all I could think was "I hope someone cleaned the pole afterwards"

This is the cheapest place I've found to buy Carmen Electras one. Up until then I've been using Cher

I use good old Billy Blanks VCR. I can't think of what it is called though, but it is like a boxing workout, leaves you feeling pretty stuffed.

Tai Bo! I used to do that at the gym - loved it! You need to be careful with one of the punches though. Apparently its not the right position or something.
