okay - so i'm trying to be good and cut down on our food bill, which means for the first time in my life freezing leftovers instead of throwing them out!!

question is - what's the best way to freeze liquids, ie: I have half a can of coconut milk sitting in the fridge about to go off and wondered if it was freezable?? Obviously can't keep it in the can but didn't know what other sort of container would freeze okay?

I've put coconut milk into those zip lock bags and then sat them upright in freezer until frozen - works a treat. Also did you know you can buy coconut milk powder? It's great (just add water), 'cos you never need a full can.
