could this be the start of my girl self weaning

normally she has a BF after her breakfast and has both sides this morning she wasnt interested in taking the 2nd side.

It could be, but from what I've read/heard it's a very gradual process in most cases. You might find she takes it again tomorrow. Is that her only feed now?

My boy still varies his feeds heaps. Just when I think he's dropped one, he'll want it again.

Yeah you may find some days she only has one and other days she will want it non stop. Also Caprece dropped one side completely at around this age.

she normally has one after she gets up from her sleep and then one just before bed..although she did feed about 4-5 times yesterday.

I'd say you'd be safe for a while. When she's down to just one feed a day and starts to mess around with that one, that's when time might be up.
