OK I am hoping someone may be able to help me.
I have been trying for weeks now to get a response from the guy who processes the childcare subsidy at the local branch (it is Marton). I got nothing so last week I emailed the original emails and a complaint on to the branch manager - no response.
How long would you give to receive a response via email??
And next question who would yo ugo to next to say people aren't doing their god damn job???

Phone them, it's all to easy to avoid an email. Or put a read response on the email least that way you may know if they have opened it.

Read responses dont work because it asks the peron your sending the email to if they actuallyh want to send one back. It says something like 'the sender has asked for a reciept to be send do you want to send one'

WINZ are shocking with Childcare subsidies, they mucked mine up and it got behind at the centre about 2 months, and i was getting harrassed by the owner. I rang them a gazillion times, and in the end my case manager emailed someone higher up there and they got on to it, just like that.
I think they reckon we don't need it!! grrr
