Any plumbing supplies place will stock these..there are tons on google..

I also have low pressure at my place and my plumber recommended getting a shower head that is compatible with both low and mains pressure in case you ever upgrade in the future..

are you meaning one that doesn't use much water or is for low pressure?

The Methven satinjet is one that uses less water. But they do depend on what water pressure you have now. Go to a plumbing or hardware store(placemakers, mitre 10 mega etc) and have a talk to the guys in the plumbing departments
