From what I remember if you are already getting it you will continue getting it, then when new baby is born it increases.

Is that during your 14 weeks maternity leave, or the 38 weeks extended parental leave?
My WFF kicked in once my 14 weeks maternity leave was up.

I get WFF (for all four kids) including the IWP while I'm on PPL, after the 14 weeks if I haven't returned to work I get WFF but not IWP.

Does WFF not start getting paid once the baby is born, regardless of whether you are on PPL or not?

To get WFF one of you (you or DH/P??) has to be working 30hrs (something like that) a week or more, if only 1 of you is working and under that amout you don't get it. If no one is working you don't get it. I spoke to them a couple of weeks ago.

I go on PPL in a couple of days and to my knowledge it won't affect my WFF however I did have to include my PPL as income

From what I gathered, only one of you had to be working more than 30 hours to qualify?
We got WFF as well as PPL,then my WFF increased once my PPL finished. That was because i was technically "Earning" less, as PPL is counted as income.

kaiz, thats right thats what they told me, 1 has to be working 30hrs a week.

There are some parts of WFF you can get if you or your partner is not working more than 30 hours a week. Just not the in work tax credit.
