Thanks Oxy... the only thing I havent taken out of my diet is Coffee... might have to do that in the next few cycles and its gonna kill me

Did I read that right is preseed a lube? Never really though about it but I guess it must make a difference .... might have to invesigate further.

Wow thats really interesting Oxy, Lots of little tips there to try.
Dunno about cutting coffee out of my diet I would go insane, maby stick to one cup a day !
Preseed sounds like a winner there, might have to get some too
