Hello lurkers.
I have just had a text from a family member asking me about something that they could have only heard from here.
I don't know if this was a direct link, as in the family member was the one reading the posts and asked me first, or if she had heard it from someone else who is on here.
I AM NOT PREGNANT.
If the posts were read correctly... I said I was paranoid about being pregnant. This is an ongoing thing. And in further posts I wrote off any imagine symptoms to stress (from all the essays I am avoiding) and side effects of the injection. (Actually don't know if I mentioned that one... but you get it.)
So... if you read anything else I might add on here, please don't tell the rest of my family. (And if it was actually my family member reading this stuff - that's ok... just don't tell my mum  )

haha This happens all the time to people... I knew it would happen to me one day. Doesn't help that Rotorua is gossip central, and I'm not there to defend myself!!

Nikki that is horrible. I really can't understand what motivates people to tell everyone something they have either read (that they shouldn't of) or overheard. Hopefull ythe lucker comes clean and will tell you why they did it.

Man whats up with that?? Crazy world we live in huh? Thank God Other Indian ladies prefer to gossip over the phone and not thru internet...he he ha ah Indian's are the worst (I think)...Ok not me...I am half!! 
I never tell other Indian ladies about this site.....You never know who is lurking around!!

At one stage, when I was 18 I heard a rumour that I was getting married to this guy I heardly knew....it started when the guy in question told one of the ladies that he liked me and wanted to marry me one day (yah right!!)...so with in hours every one in the community knew that I was getting married. One of the ladies called me up and asked when? I said when what?? when are you getting married to that guy??? I was like oh I am getting married?? I hope I get an invite!!?? Arrggg.
I guess its because Indians have bigger community and it takes 5 min for atleast 40 people to know one gossip!!...and within a week the whole city (indians) know ..and some non indians too (if thet are interested)...lol
Men are bad too.....

Wasnt me either, Im way down in little old chch so dont know any one up your end of the country hehe
I dont tell my friends about this site and told hubby off for telling a lady he knows about it (she has just had a baby) To me if someone i know started on here it would be like them reading my diary or listening in on a conversation i was having, i just like it to be private (well as private as anything can be on the net of course lol)

... although, if it were the same family member who texted you to ask, does that really count as lurking? Well, if they weren't a newbie to the forums I guess it would, come to think of it.
I've told my friends who may be interested in Oh Baby about this site - I don't want anyone finding out by accident just how much I've been geeking! He he... at least if I fess first I get to explain why I've found it so helpful!

I have learnt to be careful cause you never know who is on here that you know for example I have found at least 4 people on here that I did not know I knew its rather weird, but it does make me wonder how many more there might be.

I'm kind of possessive about OHbaby! All of my friends know about it of course because it's my job, but I don't encourage them to hang around - I share way too much info here! Then again, maybe I SHOULD encourage them - that way I won't have to repeat the same story over and over again...
