So do we want to do it again??? I am happy to organise it again this year, however I will be putting timings on it this year.
Let me know you thoughts about it for this year and if we want to I will tonight put up the questions that need to be PM'ed to me.

Reason I am getting the ball rolling early this year is I want all the presents to be sent by 1 December this year. So I can have all the info collated and sent out on the 1st of November giving us all 1 month to get presents sent and also if there are "issues" with the post it can be sorted early.

Yeah I am onto it early this year, but as I am heading away the middle of December I wanted to get the ball rolling early this year. And I got to leave work early today so was thinking about a few things.
