what is he doing??

milas dad sent me a text yesterday asking how to spell milas middle name.... then i asked what he wanted it for then he just basicly said non of my buznis. when i didint text bak he kept sending me question marks and asking again? my questoion is do u think hes trying to fill out legal forms to get custoty of her?? what alce would he need it for?

Well hopefully no court would give him custody when he doesn't even know how to spell her name

Haha that's exactly what I was thinking.

Actually all you need to make an application for 'day to day care' (new name for custody) is the child's full name and birthday.

But unless there's a major reason why it's in the Best Interests of the Child for a change in care, then he'd be hard pressed to get that. However if he's a bit annoyed about paying child support he might be going after shared care (6/14 nights per fortnight) to reduce his liability.

DP has been trying to get 'shared care' through the family court and it has been a total nightmare. He has a good well paying job, reasonably stable homelife and has been involved with the Kiddo since birth and it looks unlikely that he'll get anything more than 5/14 nights.

Don't be too hard on him, my Dad still forgets what date I was born.

haha, a couple years ago my dad called me on October 19th to wish me a happy b'day....I felt stink having to tell him it was sept 19th...
