To be content (not hard to please am I? )
And note I didn't say happy, because I'd hate to be happy all the time (where's the fun in that), but just content with where my life is heading and that I'm doing the best with the cards I've been dealt, if that makes sense

I would love to not have to worry about money, especially how I'm going to pay for preschool over holidays

My own home, mortgage free, with a pretty grassy front yard and a lovely tall white picket fence, and a great big concrete area in the backyard for playing hopscotch and winter games. I'd have my rows of lavender bushes leading to the front door, and herbs growing at one end of the deck....

Right now... Would be to get rid of my morning sickness and not get it back for the rest of my pregnancy... Normally I would ask for enough money so I don't have to worry about paying the bills and can buy what I need when I need it but for now just the morning sickness to go would be great!!!

That would be great, as I have never been proposed to.

A house. I don't care about having a mortgage but I want to stop renting and have a proper home for our family.
Not going to happen while I'm a SAHM but I can dream....

My licence. And only I can do something about that. But then I will feel capable and content, I'm happy with every other aspect of my life.
Oh wait! That's not true! I want to be able to knit and sew too! But you said one....
so my licence it is
