I *think* it's bad luck before 1st Dec, but I'm not 100% sure, and besides, that never stopped Westfield putting theirs up in October!

hehe i am a massive christmas freak.....i had someone comment on how stupid it was for me to have my tree up already. i told them if they didnt like it then they were free to leave, or if they were gonna stay to shut up about it as it is our house and we will do what we want within reason.........they caught me on a bad day.

We will put ours up on 7th Dec only because its my sisters b'day so we grew up with putting it up on that day, so its something I have carried on now that I have my own home.
I say go for it

I'm keen to put our one up but I'm also really nervous about it as we now have a 10 month old crawler. It's an 8 foot tree. What is the experience of you guys with crawlers. Bad idea, leave it a year, or any advice? I'm just not sure how easy it will be for her to pull the whole thing over.
