Down here in Christchurch today, no snow, but yucky sleety rain with hail... mmmmmmmmmm., also it's freezing!
Do you think that I am being selfish keeping Lucy from Montersorri today.. just a mission in the rain when I have to get Zoe out of the car too.. she isn't in a capsule anymore....!

Its pretty windy in Kapiti.... not cold though. I'm sitting out of the wind in the sun in only a think skivi and I'm pretty warm.
I think its a good day for staying inside - Dont blame you for not wanting to take your kids out.

It was cold and dark and damp (but not raining) this morning when I went to work, now the sun is out and shining bright and we have washing on the line. This afternoon we're expecting a southerly so I'll be grateful to go home to a nice warm fire.

Meh, it's so windy here (on and off) that there's sheets of loose roofing (from our driveway, where it's been waiting for DH to finally take it to the dump) literally flying around our driveway as I type! I'm soooo not looking forward to juggling Ella and the grocery trolley this avo.

Didnt the front hit with avengence Lisha? I was just getting TOm up to go swimming and the wind picked up and everything was howling and raining. Thankfully the worst of it passed while we were in a nice warm pool but on the way home I saw snow to low levels on the hills.

Bad mummy moment here but can you leave Zoe in the car while you drop Lucy off Lisha? I used to leave the gremlins when I dropped Maya off coz you could see the car from inside and it was too much of a mission to drag them both out every time.
Wild and wooly here today too, hope my roof holds up

It's horridly windy here, and very cold! Brrrrr! It was showering this morning, but now the sun's come out!! Whoop! Too bad the windy is still howling and it's still bitterly cold. Winter is definitely here, had almost 2 weeks of this wet weather .

Is it raining in Kapiti yet? Wellington CBD is dark and bleak. 30 mins ago I could see blue sky out towards Porirua but it looks grey that way now too.
