Topic: awwww lovely lovely snow....AGAIN Posted: 19 August 2008 at 9:32am |
woke up to snow at 5.30am! luckily DH thought to put the heatpump on then so by the time we all got up it was so toasty in the lounge.
we live by the beach and it has been snowing off and on all morning....just started up again now.
DH rang on his way to work and there's no snow at marshlands rd which is about 5mins drive from here.......weird......must be coastal snow

Wish it could snow here...just once. We got heaps of hail last night...thats probably as close as we'll ever get. I did make a pretty cool hail-man last night and it was still there this morning so Keira got to play in it

No snow in Kaiapoi, but I took the dogs to Bottle lake forest and there was snow on the ground there. We did have some random mid afternoon hail yesterday which lasted about 30 secs and happened whilst the sun was shining Kiwi weather!!!! and people say England is bad.

There was snow in DanneVegas?!? Awwww, now I really wish I'd hopped in the car and taken Ella for a play. I'll resolve to do it next time no matter what else we have on!
Mmmmm, snooowww.
BTW - LOL, Becks! You got snow too?!? ah, brave woman, living there!
