I lived on them for the first few months.. had them as afternoon tea with my feet up resting.

Jake was certainly more settled in the afternoons so I assume it did something...

I used it more for a boost for my body rather than suppy booster iygwim and I loved them.. so did DH!

When I visit mums with a newborn I always take a batch with me (and recipe), I love them.

Have you noticed your supply dropping K?

Just a question about freezing them

Has anyone found freezing them raw or cooked better? Im looking at making a couple of batches to freeze...

I froze raw dough in logs - then just slice and bake. Easy and worked really well.

Ooh Thanks Mel. I think I'll make these to take to hospital with me. I want my milk to come in quickly so the baby will get control of their blood sugars quicker hopefully without too much intervention.

BUMP!

I made T Rex' slice recipe and not only is it delicious, it really works.

And I gave the recipe to a girlfriend who was needing to top her son up with formula until he showed intolerance to formula and couldn't have it. The slice increased her supply beautifully after about 24 hours.
