did your toddler stop calling random men dadda? Ella thinks that every man or picture of a man is dadda. She also calls (much to my amusement) a picture of a monkey dadda (I swear I didn't put her up to that).

LOL umm well Lucas is going on 22 months and anything related to my Dad (his Poppa) is Dadda! Highly embarrassing when Dad & I are out somewhere and lucas keeps referring to him as his Dadda, god only knows what people are thinking .
Atm 'Dadda' is any foods my dad eats, anything yellow, cars, butter scotch lollies etc. Just anything he see's my Dad using, eating, touching, wearing.
Lol his latest word is 'kit kat'. Not cool when you're at the checkout of the supermarket with a toddler throwing a tanty and screaming 'kit kat' (and frantically pointing at the chocolate) ...

Lol Steph my Dad is a school teacher and we usually do the zoos and stuff in the school holidays, a few times people have referred to him as Dad so embarassing.

No dadda issues here that I can recall, but DD still calls most old men Poppa, which is rather amusing most of the time

A calls women "of a certain age" Nana too - it is very cute, and no-one has been offended (yet).
She once called a guy Daddy at the pool, and got really upset when she realised it wasn't, but doesn't tend to call random men Dadda.
