i didnt get into techer collage am a little upset but will be doing some papers this year at uni as that was the only reason i didnt get in aggrrhhhhhhh i relly want this and the only putting my dream on hold ok very upsett

Awww that sucks. I was told I wouldn't have got in had I not gone and done 2 of the papers towards the degree before applying to prove that after a few years out of study I can do it at home. You could try something like that. If you get good marks it will help your case

that sucks Lu. But just cause you didn;t get it this time, doesn';t mean you can't try again next year. Do those papers and i bet they are running back and asking you to apply! Keep going!!!!!!!!

That is such a shame. I agree with what Kebakat said. Doing some papers will show you are really keen and capable of the couse. Good on you for staying positive and not giving up! Good luck sorting things out on Monday.

what papers you going to do Lu? I've done some educatinal ones and i know other people here have done some. When i did high school stuff, having people to chat to and bounce ideas off was SOOOOO helpful, so bounce away later if you like.

Aww that sucks you didn't get in this time but doing some papers sounds like the way to go. I did one towards my degree last year too and its great cos not only do you know what to expect but it takes some pressure off the first year.

Awww L:u that is no good. But I do agree doing those papers will help you for next year and you will get in with flying colours next year. And one bonus is doing those papers means that you can have an easier 1st year as you have already done 2 papers.
I was a puree feeder, forward facing, cot sleeping, pram pushing kind of Mum... and my kids survived!
