I got a jar of cherries in brandy at xmas...YUMM!!! and they have survived so far so thought I would put them into some home made brownies...should i add the juice as well and should i then remove water from brownie mix recipe instead????
Tricky one (but yummy!!).
Is the juice syrupy, or is it just straight brandy?
If it's syrupy it could be worth doing half and half syrup with water.
But if it's straight brandy then my assumption is that the alcohol would burn off during the cooking process, sucking out the liquid.
If it works, I'd love the recipe. I love cherries.
