Hi all,

I am 10weeks and SO bloated. My tum has popped out like I am 5months along. I'm SO uncomfortable.

I just wonder if anyone out there has experienced something similar and has any techniques for relief?

Thanks all.

kiwifruit and that kind of thing.

it might be from bowel issues.

Although I hardly had the energy in the first trimester, when I did go for a walk it helped a lot with the bloated feeling.

urghh the dreaded bloating! I hated that part of pregnancy.

I would chew a couple of double strength mylanta(totally safe for pregnancy, I ate them like lollies as I suffered really bad wind pain during pregnancy), and they would help!

And like Chickoin said, going for a walk helps and some light exercise of an kind really.
And stay away from foods that make bloating/gas worse.

Ughhh,.... I remember that... I was so worried my tummy woudl always be as flabby and jiggly... I just felt flabby- not pregnant!! It goes away!!!
I worked out alot- cardio.. etc...everyday... and that made me feel heaps better... although I felt bloated for a while!

it does go away though- it doesnt last long :o)
Still drink water as bubs and you really need it!
