Hi there,

Long time user - just feel a bit embarrassed so that's why I'm going anon.

Has anyone tried Optifast? How did you find it?

Got a huge box of it about 5 years ago but just couldn't like the taste, no matter how I made it. Chocolate was better but still hard to drink. Used some sachets and the rest of the sachets are still in the box in the garage.

I hvae tried opifast and herbalife and just could not get use to the taste... i can only do there for so long!!

I can totally recommend Kate Morgan Shakes... they are yum and there are so many flavours....... didn't lose much weight as i got preggers just as i discovered them but i'll def be getting them again once ive had bubs..... i have had friends do the programme and it really worked for them.

My MIL tried it & gave me a few that were left over. She did not lose much & put on any she lost. I did not like the taste.

I have tried a lot of the liquid diets. They work a bit but then you eat & its back on. & more. I found it hard to keep at it.

I used a shake from the supermarket & worked out the cals & then worked out what I could eat that was more filling & gave up the shakes.

I have to say the only way to lose weight & keep it off is to eat less & exercise more.

Agree with the last two posters. You really need to do it with healthy eating and exercise. Liquid diets are not good for you and most people put the weight back on.
