Has anyone else noticed this? I am getting breathless at the moment just from crossing the road and also quite dizzy. I am only 16 weeks pregnant so it shouldnt be from the baby.

Have you eaten enough? Cool enough? Etc?

I fainted at about 23 weeks, it was hot outside and I hadn't eaten enough and was standing for too long in a queue to go to a museum exhibition.

It could be, my MW advised me that I could experience headaches around 16-18 week mark as that's when the placenta takes over from you in supplying everything to bubs.
It could also be low bp if your worried check with your MW.

I just talked to my midwife and she told me to rest. I am a bit on the cold side rather than the hot. I also ate a whole packet of crumpets this morning shhh dont tell dh
