    Posted: 30 October 2013 at 10:36am
I am 40 weeks pregnant on Friday & Since 6am Yesterday morning I have been having lower back pain which has been coming & going the whole time.

I am just wondering if anyone's labour has started as lower back pain & progressed into full blown labour?

THanks :)

I have not had a baby but I work in the medical field. Yes labour can start like this. In fact some woman all they ever really get is lower back pain. It usually occurs if the baby is lying posteriorly (back to your back). I would all your. Midwife and have a chat if your worried!

Hi there - I was induced but the only significant pain I had after having waters broken until I was full blown pushing was back ache/pain.

Have you called your midwife?

It couldnt hurt to call your midwife but normally, if your in labour you will know it. It could just be bubba pushing on your back getting ready and into position :)

Try to use hemp oil. It might sound scary, but it is a normal practice if you want to reduce and eliminate the pain. Here is an example, this hemp oil works fine and was recommended by my doctor when I had back pain a while ago.

Have you tried CBD Oil? It's a perfect pain reliever for pregnant ladies. I used only the oil to avoid taking any drugs. You can check the review here payspi.org.

I run a small store myself that sells medical marijuana, CBD oils, CBD bath bombs and soaks, which I buy from reliable people. In our state, such products are allowed and there is a good demand for them, in particular, for bath bombs with cbd oils, as they are often bought from me by so many customers and I have heard many good reviews about them. They help you relax after a hard day and relieve muscle pain after a productive workout in the gym, so this product definitely needs to look at me
