How are you going mrs I? My nausea seems to have gone last 2 days but not jumping up and down just yet I case it returns! I Feel rather fat at the mo. Not sure if it's baby weight or something's gone straight to my tum! Oh well. Few more weeks to wait for scan. I'm just over 9 weeks now!

Hi all. I'm pregnant with my first due 19th August. I'm having terrible lower back pain and was wondering if anybody else was experiencing that too? I've read a few posts and it seems like 19/8 is a popular day! Can I also have the pword for the private thread?

Hi Mrs ImPatient. As this is my first I wasn't sure what I was allowed to do or not - my GP suggested a wheat bag but to be honest that hasn't been effective at all. I have my first midwife meeting on Thursday so I will talk to her more about it then. I've never tried acupuncture, definitely did not think about that as an option while pregnant.. It's safe? Im very keen to try anything because some mornings I can't even move myself out of bed. Thank you :)
