Alyssa got quite a lot early on as well, and I was bummed cause all the cute babies on tv never look spotty! haha They just faded on their own and these days she doesn't seem to get them anymore - I think from about 3 months they settled down. I don't think you need to do anything to be honest.

You don't need to do anything, they'll clear up when ready and won't cause him any trouble. But on his head! That's a lot more than my girls had

my daughter got alot of them - it did spoil her good looks i must admit, for memory (asI look at photos) they lasted around 3 weeks. Rhyley got a few on his chin. and don't do anything as they go on their own and you could end up scaring if did anything drastic - i knew someone who squeezed the white ones as if they were pimples- some ppl

Olivia got hers in at around 4 weeks and they lasted till around 8 weeks or so, I just kept her face well moisturised with J&J and that cleared a majority of it up. I also hear that nappy rash creams can help too...

From memory and not looking back at photos my little man was about 6 weeks old and they lasted until he was about 12 weeks. His face was pretty covered and looked horrible. But I was told that mums notice it more than anyone else. I used some alpha keri oil on them and they cleared up so much quicker, there was a big change overnight it seemed anyway.

yeah i think you are right about mums noticing more. My friend came over today and said "oh they are not as bad as I thought" But in saying that he was asleep and not up crying or rubbing his face into my shoulder, which always makes it look worse.

Hey I think he's a little cutie. Keep taking those pics anyway cause it's just a baby thing and they can still look cute underneath I think my girls' started clearing around the 3m mark so it could be a few weeks but at least it is nothing serious.

I just looked at photos of Charlotte and she had spots from about 6 weeks till about 10 weeks. I didn't do anything on my midwifes advice and just left them. They cleared up perfectly. Dont worry about them, totally normal.

Isla had them bad too. Began with the odd pimple at about 2-3 weeks old, then they got so bad that each 'pimple' was big and looked pussy and was joined to the next one. They were all through her hair, ears, and down her neck onto her shoulders. They then went all dry and looked a bit scaly, then when that went away, new clear skin appeared underneath. They were probably there about a month in total. She looks perfect now!

I usually do Oncology ( cancer) outpatient work,..like giving chemo etc, but until I went on maternity leave I was working on a general medical ward.
I was just interested cos Isla had the spots bad too.
Glad its getting sorted out for you.
