yeh im getting it to, some mornings its hard ot get out of bed, or even stand.
just remember to keep active no mtter how much it hurts it does help make it mroe bearable.
talk to your midwife about it, sometimes they can loosen a bit toooo much and endup as SPD (symphisis pubis dysfunction)
I had this with ayja and found for quite a few weeks that i could only walk at a shuffle, couldn't roll over in bed without the worst pain, .. just take care and rest up.. i hope it eases up for you soon... if not, you will sooo releived when baby is finally out lol.. (ha ha cos usually we aren't??) you get what i mean.
It felt a bit better after a bad nights sleep, just a mild ache now but I cant take big steps and getting in and out of our 4WD is difficult...I need to be ultra ladylike and keep my knees together (not me!) Also walking up a hill hurts. So I'm just waddling around today....a real pregnant waddle....and I'm only 25 weeks!!
When getting in a car (prob not much help for a 4wd) try sit sideways with your feet on the ground and then twist to get you feet in so you don't have to open your pelvis too much.
