Topic: The Warehouse kids clothing sale Posted: 13 July 2007 at 7:43pm |
The Warehouse has got 50% off yellow stickered clothing, I went this afternoon and got the gremlins some flannelette PJ's for $5 a pair and polyprop t-shirts for $6 and gorgeous poly prop long johns for $7 a pair, all in next winters size so they will be all kitted out for next winter.

I get all the kids pyjamas and underwear/singlets/socks etc. there, I'm all for paying Patch prices for quality clothing for them that stands up to washing/tough kiddie treatment, but not for the basics. You can get 6 long sleeved singlets at the Warehouse for the price of 2 at Patch.

So are they quite good? The warehouse singlets and onesies and stuff? I haven't bought anything from there so am not sure and love the prices but get scared that they might fall apart They must be good if you ladies are getting them. Might have to venture out there tomorrow. Noah is wearing pink onesies at the moment having outgrown all his own ones. The pink ones were from mum when we first got pregnant, hoping he was a girl - LOL!!

Might have to go and have a look today, I find the warehouse good for basics too. James really needs new socks, for some reason we end up with a few odd socks in this house

Yep Leish, I've had no probs with the quality of their stuff. We got the gremlins some sz 0 onesies at Xmas which were huge on them and they're still wearing them now and they've held together fine.

I got quite a few things in the big winter sale when Ella was one, for the next winter. She still fits the trackpants I got her and the best purchase ever was her winter jacket! Still wearing it this year and hasn't fallen apart at all.
I am not too proud to admit I will shop wherever there is a bargin
Although am now starting to feel guilty about the poor children in China who make these clothes, so am trying to sew more of Ella's clothes myself.

i buy most of the kids clothes from either trademe or the warehouse. i've never had a problem with quality, they aren't in them for long enough!
i'd love to shop at patch but just can't afford too
