Haha her feeding time will settle pretty quick as she gets the hang of it. Get some books out from the library

The other things for settling reflux babies that worked for us was (1) wrapping them (#1 didn't much like wrapping but #2 needed it) and (2) settling them for sleep on their tummy - just make sure the head is on its side. For some reason this settles their tummies better than lying on their back. You should keep a good ear on them if they are on their tummies tho.

Andie I'm glad Ella is a bit more settled and more happy for ya, it sure helps in those early settling days

Yeah you do have to let babies have their growth spurts and not give in with formula. Too strict routines feeding is a sure fire way to drop your milk supply. I remember in the hospital they taught me how to bf lying down so that you can dose at let them feed all night so maybe ask your midwife to show you how to that. Even tho growth spurts are a killer at least you will have heaps of milk a few weeks down the track.
