Well got the change table last week, and overall I'm really pleased with it. It's wooden, but with a white vaneer/laminated type finish so easy to wipe down and keep clean. It weighed a ton, over 50kg (so I think it must be pine, MDF wouldn't weigh that much?) so I couldn't carry it inside when the couriers dropped it off, had to wait for DH to come home! Once assembled it's like a rock, would survive an earthquake - it's a substantial piece of furniture so make sure you assemble it close to where you want to have it as you wouldn't want to be moving it from room to room!
Assembly took a long time - just as well DH is handy with assembling stuff as there is no way I would have been able to figure it out by myself! Some of the pre-drilled holes were a bit wonky so we had to improvise, but it wasn't too bad. DH did something funny when he was screwing on the drawer runners and they kept catching but I'm not sure if that was due to a design fault or shonky assembly

- he managed to get it running smoothly in the end anyway.
There's loads of storage space it in, and it looks lovely and overall I would buy it again.
Hope that helps! If you want to see a photo of it in it's assembled glory PM me...
