That absolutely doesn't necessarily mean that this kid's been abused - there could be a reason like some that have been mentioned for her behaviour. But her carers should know about it, so that they can match it up with any other worrying signs just in case there's any problem. Sadly, child abuse is so common, it's so sad you have to think about things like it but you do. |
