Hannahbil i dont know how far you would get with the warehouse!! I had an experience with them where we had gone in and spent around $1-$2k in the store in a matter of a couple of weeks (xmas and moving into a new house) anyways the day after we spent $300 on xmas decorations etc i was in and noticed they had put them on special at 20% off. when we had bought the items we had asked if they would go on special and the assistant said no. I asked the lady at the service desk whether they would now give me the discount since i had my reciept and she just laughed and rudely said no! I was so angry i wrote a email to the warehouse via their website and heard nothing back!! Waited 2 weeks still hadnt heard anything so wrote them another email and again nothing back. You would think the warehouse of all places would actually get back to me. Grr customer service is a huge thing to me being an ex retail manager so i make sure to provide feedback to the companies anytime i can.
I know that's why I can't be bothered complaining - I went and brough my Exersaucer elsewhere yesterday I'm sure they liked my money! unfortunately from another shop this is missing the x-factor is customer service.
As for the xmas decorations I would have taken them back and asked for a refund and then brought them on special - cheeky??
