just thought id let you all know that iv been following  the sleep sense programme strictly. iv been putting amelia to bed for all her naps and bedtime sleep fully awake with her rag doll and nothing else( no more breastfeeding to sleep) and im not getting up to her in the night at all for feeds or cuddles . sunday night she woke at 11.30pm , cried for an hr and 10min (i checked in on her every 10-15min) she then went back to sleep untill 8am!!!!! most shes slept in a row ever , then last night i followed a strict bedtime routine of baby massage , reading a book , and breastfeed , put her down awake before 7.30pm and she woke at 12.30 , cried for 15min , then again at 2.30 and cried for 15min then slept right through till 8.40am!!! , her daytime naps have been fantastic too . its been really hard letting her cry it out  but shes definatly learning already . certinly a huge improvemnt on waking 5,6,7,up to 10 times a night ! altho i must admit i wake up i the morning with enough milk in my boobies to feed a small village lol.

thanks to you all for your suggestions . you all helped me out heaps :)
