I'm a bit annoyed with Bumbles. I asked a question about whether we could choose colours on their Contact Us page first thing on the morning of the sale (fully intending to buy a few) and as of yet (2 full days later) I haven't been answered

that does suck...i am still waiting for mothers instinct to answer a question I sent them on the same day. So much easier to phone isn't it?

Yeah, but I just didn't want to pay for the toll call and it was 8am so no one would've answered. Then it's hard to use the phone without Livvy screaming in the background and if I wait until she's asleep, my voice usually wakes her up as our house is so small. It's so much easier to email ... well, when they answer.

I haven't had time to call yet. Little miss has kept me on my toes since reading bumbles message. She's currently mucking around in her cot and throwing her dummy on the floor. I'll try calling once I get her to sleep.

Ahh, all is good I just spoke to Paula and a new system meant the emails were all getting stuck in limbo-land. I have ordered a few though and am really looking forward to getting them. Thanks for that Paula

We have just launched our new website this week and had some issues with our contact form. If you don't hear from us try again. We wouldn't not answer intentionally and would hate to recieve bad feedback. It has just been a very full on week!
