I never thought of doing that! I unsnapped it all before washing!

I am looking at them with my new found sewing (ahem) skills thinking...."how does it work? How can I do that?"

I think they just seem a bit fiddly at first because they're different - I thought the same when I got my first - but when you're using them regularly they're no more fiddly than a pocket nappy - instead of stuffing a pocket you're snapping the inserts in. I love that you can just replace the insert if the nappy is wet - I have an extra insert and always use it because the outer is never wet with wee. I don't think I'd have them as a complete nappy set but I love having a couple to use when I want a trimmer bum or extra absorbancy as the bamboo is fantastic.

Same thats what I love about them, you don't actually have to touch any of the messy bits until its clean. It lasted Caprece all night too so is very absorbant for its size.

Bizzy - the rockmelon is gorgeous!! I too was skeptical at first but now I love them and wish I had turquoise too

Rachel - that's fab that Caprece can go overnight in an unboosted nappy. Yay for you!

I have a new shipment arriving in tomorrow of all colours. I don't expect they will last long, especially with the RNW expo on Saturday! Feel free to preorder.

In regards to washing the d'lish - I'm sure I read somewhere that it wasn't recommended you was the nappy all snapped together as it can put a strain on the snaps during washing?

*off in search of that info.....*

Ah, here is it. A quote from the Itti Bitti website, just something worth considering:

"It is not recommended to leave the snap in boosters attached for washing/drying as there is the potential for snaps to rip out and elastic to deteriorate quicker than normal due to extra stretching from the weight of the boosters."
