I found that fascinating too, thanks for sharing Rianna! Mind you, I am fascinated with birth, I am one of those freakish kind of people who actually enjoys giving birth. Labour and contractions I could skip, and pregnancy I could definitely do without but giving birth rocks!

me too...never seen one before.....now can you imagine it 10cm dilated |
that's more frightening, there was a post a while ago showing a baby literally being born, that was interesting too |
Thanks to Twoblondinis I have photos of Chiara literally being born, from the start where her head was first visible, thru crowning and her head coming out and my midwife cutting the cord with her head only half out right thru to when she was completely delivered (the whole process took 2 mins!) I love the photos, they are brilliant. Even my m/w was impressed.

Interesting. But also
I'm a bit squeamish about things like that! No idea how I'm going to manage pregnancy and birth!

After reading the comments I wasn't sure that I wanted to look, but I did, and I also found it fascinating, though yeah I could have done without the extra shots off her CM.

OMG - I didn't want to look but curiosity got to me, now I wish I hadn't.
It wasn't the fact of what I was looking at, I think it was more the fact she "did it herself" with her boyfriend taking pics with a lamp.
I wonder what DH would say if I asked him to "help me out" - LOL
