I had a scan at just before 6 weeks because of bleeding and there was def a heart beat there!

Scan showed just a tiny gestational sac measuring only 4 weeks, is impossible for me to only be 4 weeks as gp confirmed pregnancy 15 days ago. HCG result from yesterday was 331 last monday it was 150. Am waiting for GP to ring me back to find out what happens next, as levels are still rising and no bleeding/cramping/pain.
