Mum had a perfectly normal pregnancy and birth with me, but the next three pregnancies she had PRM at 34, 35 and then 27 weeks. With the first two labour didn't establish so she was induced after 24 hours coz of the infection thing and they were born prem, but as I said in a previous post with my youngest bro they didn't induce, they left him in as long as they could.

No it is totally random , just because it happens once it may not happen again, when we were thinking about having another one last year which resulted in a mc we had a good chat to our gp and he said every pregnancy is a clean slate so fingers crossed, and like emma's mum because I had no infection or established labour I was left on bed rest until they replenished to a safe amount before I was allowed to go home, it was very scary and I'm praying I do not have this happen again, still got 1 and bit weeks till I hit hit the 24 week mark where my complications happened with miss m.

I was just closely monitored second time round but had a normal pregnancy and delivery (well apart from the gestational diabetes and all that) For me when my waters were leaking I noticed there was a lot of discharge but certainly not enough to make me think they could be leaking so I guess everyone is different.
